New York Bakery Co wanted to take its biggest customers through its Demand Moments research, keeping the energy up and making it make sense for an audience who were not necessarily research-savvy.

Our explainer video demonstrated how the research has transformed the brand’s thinking and highlighted the new priority occasions that are huge opportunities for the business.

We also made a second captioned version to play without sound on screens in the factories so that every worker in the business can see the new strategic priorities.
